The U.S. Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Academy (CPOA) is a professional military education institution operated by the United States Coast Guard. Established to develop senior non-commissioned officers, it provides advanced technical and leadership training for Coast Guardsmen holding the rank of Chief Petty Officer or above.
